Creating a space to provide safe and clean services has been a long-time focus for us. Even prior to COVID-19, we use a medical-grade autoclave to sterilize tools and disposable files and buffers for each client. You can bet that we will continue this practice as well as implement additional disinfection procedures! Every change we have made is directly motivated by that mission. You are a valued part of our community and it is our responsibility to keep you safe while in the salon. Our New Normal + Your Experience
Mask Guidelines. As always, the safety of our clients, employees and community is of utmost importance. Due to the nature of our services with extended one-on-one contact, proof of full vaccination is required to not wear your mask in the salon.
Arrive on time! Not early or late!!! Extra time has been added to thoroughly disinfect your station before you arrive.
Upon Entry. We hope that you will feel comforted when you enter into a freshly painted, ultra clean space. We have additional safety measures beyond CDC and CHDP requirements. You will be shown to your station that has been freshly cleaned just for you!
Creating a Safe Space
Sterilized Tools. This is something we have always offered and is important to continue now more than ever! Not only do we sterilize tools and implements in a medical grade autoclave, but we use new files and buffers for each nail client.
Breathe Easy. HEPA UV air purifiers will be running throughout the salon at all times.
Fresh look. We have thrown down some fresh paint, done a deep cleaning and disinfection of the entire salon. It honestly feels like we are opening a brand new salon. We hope you feel the freshness when you walk in too!
Updates to Booking Practices
Appointments Only. To ensure the safest possible environment we provide ALL services by appointment only. To schedule an appointment you may call the salon at (619)358-9875 or schedule online.
Please Arrive on Time. To ensure enough time for proper disinfection between services please be on time. If you are over 5 minutes late, we can’t guarantee your appointment. In this case, our standard cancellation fee may apply. Alternatively, your services may be altered to fit within the remaining time for your reservation. We appreciate you being on time so we can keep everyone safe.
Expect Potential Reschedules. We are not taking chances on your safety. If your nail or lash artist is under the weather or we feel the need to close up for a deep and thorough disinfection, please know that it’s out of our commitment to you and our staff. We apologize for the inconvenience and will always work to get you back into the schedule as soon as possible.
Mask & Cancellation Policy
As always, the safety of our clients, employees and community is of utmost importance. Due to the nature of our services with extended one-on-one contact, proof of full vaccination is required to not wear your mask in the salon.
We have a 24-hour Cancellation Policy. If you cancel or reschedule within 24-hours of your appointment a 50% fee will be automatically charged to the card on file. NO SHOWS or NO CALL by the start of your appointment will be charged 100% of service.
